Ultracopier and Copy handler is tool to do files copy/move. Copy handler is only under Windows. Ultracopier have plugins, skins, accessible debug repport, multiple copy engine, activity there as - de 6 months.

Copy handler have version for Windows 32Bits and for Windows 64Bits. No portable version. Ultracopier have multiple OS version. For windows have 32Bits, 64Bits version, portable version, debug version (with log too see internal info). And their versions are generated by the same source code.
