LXDE vs Razor-Qt
From WikiVS, the open comparison website
LXDE and Razor-Qt are "lightweight" desktops that are compatible with popular linux distributions such as Ubuntu and Fedora. They are alternatives to popular Linux desktops like GNOME and KDE, and they are suitable for situations where speed, or minimizing memory-usage, are more important than a feature-rich desktop.
LXDE makes use of GTK+, a graphical tool kit used by the GNOME desktop and maintained by the GNU project. Razor-Qt makes use of Qt, a graphical tool kit used by the KDE desktop.
LXDE has several years of development and many features work "out of the box". Razor-Qt is brand new and things like volume control, wifi control, and an icon for the Dropbox program will not work without some tweaking. So remain patient, please.
